Hi everyone, I'm Alena and I'm new at T-Tapp. I have the 55-minute workout and had a question about it.
Throughout the video, do I always have to be in the T-Tapp stance while doing the workouts? (It seems hard for me to keep that position throughout the video.) Or do I only do it when she instructs me to?
I'm also worried that this seems too good to be true. The workouts are so easy to do! I hope I can see results. :dontknow: My goal is to lose two pant sizes.

Yes, you should be toes forward hip socket width apart, bent knees, tucked, ribs up, lats active, and KLT during each rep of each move. Doing that were almost certainly make the workout more challenging. If not, ensure you are lengthening and resisting through all you do.

Oh my!! I clearly remembering being where you are---Teresa set everyone up, then started talking. I thought to myself, "my legs are tired....how long do we have to stand like this?" Then she added movements to that base and with horror, I realized that was the "easy" part! LOL T-Tapp will build muscles and balance out imbalances very quickly because it works so many muscles in correct alignment--all at one time! WAY TO GO for you!!! Keep it up and you will not be sorry. ;-)

Oh yes, I remember when I thought the workout wasn't very hard. T-Tapp stance is a must through-out, you will feel the difference, don't forget to activate those muscles :) Have you done the instructionals, they are a must.

I have to agree with everyone: if it is easy, you aren't in the correct position. I am usually sweating 2 minutes in. Start by thinking one thing: knees bent. Then once you can remember that, think of the KLT. Those two are hard and I end up wobbling all over. Then thinking of the butt tuck (pelvic tilt) and keeping the lats active and tight. If you can handle all of that and move, you are in great shape to start getting the movements down.

HaHa!! Yep, I totally remember the first time I did Inst. 2...I thought it was so easy! Now it couldn't be farther from the truth. When I just stand in TTapp stance: KLT, tuck butt, Ribs up, Shoulders back, and lats tight, I'm sweating like a dog! Push to your total max and you will start to feel the burn! :D
Nance, just wanted to say, my family and I drove through MA yesterday and we fell in love with it! It is just beautiful!

I know what you mean! I bought TWO about 2 weeks ago and spent a week just doing instructional (I had to break it up throughout the day). Today, I FINALLY did the workout the whole way through for the first time. Hello 4-day boot camp! I keep thinking YES I CAN!!:clappinghands:
