I had to take a break from Sitting T-tapp - I think my form was wrong and I hurt my lower back.. It's on the mend.. I was wondering though - I would think that doing some of the standing exercises in the water may be a good way to strengthen my lower half with the water as support... I could then work towards doing the exercises out of the water once I build some strength. Do any experts have a thought on this? Thanks!

Was it last year or the year before a bunch of us were "trying" to do some T-Tapp in the water. Mostly it was just summer sillies. HoeDowns are hilarious! If you don't mind falling over and getting a face full of water...

But I'm sure you could do it, if you are creative!

What a creative idea! I'd never thought of that! I would think the form could be even more challenging to hold?

I enjoy doing it in the water sometimes. My caution would be that the resistance of the water could further strain your back especially with any leg lifting. I'll be praying you're back recovers soon.

I Love Water T Tapp, not sure if I keep the right form all the time but it's fun.
