There is a hidden gem on the T-Tapp Website. It's an article from 2003 called The Estrogen Trap, written by Teresa Tapp and was a feature story in Health & Fitness Sports Magazine.

Sometimes, I feel like this is the best article ever written by Teresa because I get so much from it time and time again.

Our health is in our own hands so much this day in age. We decide how we are going to eat, whether we are going to consume high fructose corn syrup, processed foods, GMO's or hormone-free dairy/proteins. We decide what we are going to put onto our bodies, whether if we are going to use coconut oil as a moisturizer or wash our hair with chemical-free shampoos. We decide what we can or cannot live with - if we are going to make our own detergent, household cleaners or purchase more natural products.

The truth of the matter is that though some of us are very one way or the other, most of us are just in the middle.

Everything that we put into our mouths, onto our bodies and absorb environmentally DOES effect our hormones.

I am thankful for T-Tapp for this reason. T-Tapp helps to lymphatically pump and eliminate cellular toxicity. T-Tapp helps your body burn off excess glucose. T-Tapp is our secret weapon.

On that note, let's do a set of Hoe Downs to help our body help itself lymphatically pump the junk and burn off the excess sugar... the T-Tapp Office is up to 16 Hoe Downs!!! Can you match us?

YES YOU CAN!: http://www.youtube.com/ttappercentral

Wow, awesome article, thanks for posting! Several years ago when I first started to document personal struggles with perimenopause, I was relaying the information to my doctor who in turn wanted to prescribe an estrogen patch without first testing my hormones! I told him I was leary of his so he then suggested going on a birth control pill. Now I was really leary;my husband and I did natural family planning since my 6 month trial with BC pills was a poor experience, over 25 years ago.I asked if we could check my hormonal levels for some base line data to which he said it was obvious that my levels were low, given my symptoms. To make a long story short, I went around him and found a naturopathic nurse practicioner who checked all my hormonal levels and found that all I needed was a little progesterone and Natur-Throid. Feeling even BETTER with T-Tapp, thanks Theresa and all my forum friends! I'll do the 16 HD's today in honor of you all!
