Thank you for the information. I can't wait to start this challenge. It is so good that it starts after Easter. We can get rid of all those carbs eaten during Easter dinners..
Lauren, I sent you a PM and emails too, did you got them?

Has the newsletter been sent already? I haven't received it yet....

Congrats on being pregnant, Jules! :)

Hi Brooke,

Nothing other than this thread has been sent yet--they were experiencing some technical difficulties, which is why the challenge dates were bumped back. I'm not expecting to see the newsletter until mid-late week next week, but that's not the official word from Kitty or the T-tapp office (just my long-time Tapper guess).

As long as you have access to a newspaper, digital camera and a tape measure on April 10th, you'll be fine to get started. Word to the wise--pick your least flattering workout outfit (and do not suck your tummy in for the photos!).

HTH,

Chris

LOL!!! I was already thinking that on the "don't suck your tummy in" thing! Obviously you do the opposite on June 10th! ;)

The photos were the toughest part of the first 60-Day Challenge I did (boy, was I going against my instinct with the "let it ALL hang out" approach)! And you're right, Nancy! (Though you're still wearing your least flattering workout outift).

Is a sleeveless undershirt okay to take the pictures in? I don't have any "workout shirts", I usually only wear a T-shirt. What would be the best clothing??

Thanks, Chris!

Hey, Abby, I think "form-fitting" is the word here. If your undershirt lets Teresa see your torso and arms better than anything else you own, that would work. I saw some earlier photos with people wearing snugly-fitted t-shirts, so that could work as well. I'm "in between" swimsuits, or I would have chosen that option. I found a tank top that fits snugly, and my shortest shorts (which are also form-fitting where they contact my bod). "Least flattering clothes" is about right, although the purple in the tank top IS "my" color! :) I really don't like the way I look in these clothes, but I suppose that's the point of doing the challenge, right?

Well, I had my two pieces boy short swimming suit on, that reveals all my short torso improvement opportunities.

If it is not shown, how can Teresa sees the improvement as before and after?

Okay, thanks for your input Brooke! I have a skirt 2 piece swimsuit, so maybe I'll use that. I am so excited!

That is true, Ayj! I need to show Teresa how much I've trimmed down........

Hi all, :o

I'm excited about jumping into the T-Tapp community and the challenge. I have done the bootcamp 2 or 3 times and not stuck with it after the initial few days. I do exercise but not consistently.

I do well with support, a clear goal and accountability so I'm psyched. I want to start my bootcamp this week as my clothes are tight now. What do you think? Should I wait a week instead?

It does not matter if you wait a week or not. Your results will be astounding after 60 days regardless!
