I would like to call your attention to another forum post from last week:

The title of the thread is "WAS skeptical." This thread is a great example of what the T-Tapp Office hears every day on the other end of the phone:
Cheribrun says: "I just measured after one week of Tapping. I LOST 5"!!! The first 4 days I ate anything & everything - bread, desserts, etc... I WILL be ordering one of the DVDs today."
Then, NY Mom shares: "Almost 6 years ago, I was so skeptical that all I did was 2 of the "try before you buy" free exercises on the website - OIP/HF and AL. I had enough success with those alone that it convinced me to spend the money to buy the videos. I was still somewhat skeptical, but my logic was that I was wasting $80 every month on a gym membership (I live in NYC, it's expensive here) that I never used, worst case I would spend about that on the T-Tapp Total Workout that didn't work.
Skepticism was totally gone a week after the videos arrived, I quit the gym a month later and never looked back."
I am bringing your attention to this because success drives success. Read these success stories and go ahead and find more that inspire you. Print them off and keep them around when you need a boost.
Today if you aren't feeling like you can fit in a full workout or just feel skeptical that T-Tapp will work for you, go to the the TRY BEFORE YOU BUY SECTION (www.t-tapp.com/try) of www.t-tapp.com and do ONE movement. You will be amazed at how much you can lose and maintain just by chugging along with one T-Tapp move consistently.
Make a commitment to yourself. Pick your T-Tapp moves, read motivational success stories and don't forget to keep telling yourself, "YES I CAN!"
