A splash of green food coloring? I am reserving that for coloring the Easter Eggs. How about a cup of frozen spinach with half a gallon of Minty chocolate chip ice-cream and real whipped cream (chunks of coconut oil sneaked in when nobody is watching)? That is what I have at home and in my fridge and I will use them, good idea though, better than getting a green shake from McDonalds. Not going to buy marshmellow cream...
