I don't know if you know, BUT there is this fantastic book on Amazon.com that you can purchase BY TERESA TAPP! It's called Fit and Fabulous in 15 Minutes (http://www.amazon.com/Fit-Fabulous-Minutes-Teresa-Tapp/dp/0345484045/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top). ;)
I've been with Teresa for 15 years and the minute I heard she was to write a book I was instantly overcome with anxiousness. I could not WAIT to get my own copy of her book. Just to have something to SHOW people what T-Tapp is. I now own about 5 copies that I rotate around through people I know and meet who I think would really benefit from T-Tapp.
I hear all the time that T-Tapp SOUNDS "too good to be true" and there is nothing like all of those REAL testimonials within the book to SHOW people: Look, T-Tapp really works!
All of years before the book was released, I had been on the other end of the line at the T-Tapp Office listening to a stream of testimonials come through every day, wishing that every single person I spoke to would write a testimonial so I could SHOW the ones that believed it was "too good to be true" that T-Tapp is more than just your average workout.
With sites like Amazon, I have gotten my dream! People post new Success Stories and reviews about T-Tapp all the time where everyone can read them, not just me! Check out this amazing Success Story posted on Amazon just the other day:
"I purchased this book after seeing a brief version in one of Dr. Perricone's books; it looked interesting. At the time I purchased it, I was exercising one or two hours a day trying to maintain a 100 lb weight loss.
I received the book and eagerly read it. I also tried the exercises on the DVD included with the book; while different that what I was used to, they seemed to work and I was definitely intrigued. To be honest, I am not a person who learns well by reading about exercise positions in a book, I'm more visually and movement oriented. I tried reading and doing the movements several times, and the 15 minute portion of the workout took me about an hour to go through and I was unable to remember the routine the next time I returned to it. I decided to purchase the instructional videos and had a much easier time learning routine. I've developed muscles on my back that were non-existant before, and have for the first time in my life shapely arms. My legs are also more shapely. For the first time in my life I feel comfortable in a bikini, and I'm in my 40's!
Did I lose two sizes in 4 weeks? No. I was a size 4 when I started - a flabby size 4. I'm now a fit size 4, and I love not having to ask "Do these jeans make my butt look big?" Because the answer is always NO!"
