Then I think that is a computer issue on your end. Everyone here has been able to watch that video, logged in or not.

I think this private video is not allowing public viewing anymore.

If you concentrate on maximum muscle activation, you can get the same result with all arm moves in basic, Total, Tempo Arms, More Chair and the up coming Senior Fit.

Yes, I was sad, it is some very intense 17 mins of arms, some moves are done differently, a remix of T-Tapp arms actually help me concentrate and have more aha moment for what I have not done before. I am sure the Senior Fit will be even more powerful than that, your can get sore arms with mitten chops and modified T-Tapp Twist, imagine that, not even arm sequence.

Oh, the BWO+ (first 20 minds) in Ladybug is pretty intense on the arms too. If you maximize the activation, really tighten and use the muscles from insertion to insertion maintaining proper form, I am sure that will give you some lovely arms too.

Does anyone know if there is a process for requesting permission to view videos on Vimeo?

I recall that Emily, herself, had commented on the forum here shortly after the video went up. It didn't seem that she had a problem with people being able to view it. Is this incorrect? I sure would like to have access to those as well. I really like to mix things up otherwise I get bored.
