I've read the article about GM/MM foods, and it certainly makes sense. Now my problem is trying to figure something out to eat!
I've got my fruit with me here at work for breakfast, and lunch I can get a chicken salad from Wendy's, dinner is easy enough, but what about snacks? I cannot get thru the afternoon without one. I brought pretzels, but that of course is a MM carb. And my fav that I have every day is popcorn, another MM.
Any suggestions? I can only take so many fruits and veggies a day...
