i hope some of you experienced/veteran tappers can help me on this one...
i'm looking to lose about 15-20 lbs or approx. 2 sizes... i've been tapping EOD for a couple of days with the beginner/rehab tape and am also doing HTF about 3x/week, as well. however, i'm not having too much success with the inch loss... one day i feel smaller and the next, i feel huge. my stomach is a huge problem area for me-it varies up to 2 inches day to day! i'm thinking that maybe it's because i eat carbs all the time... muffins, bread, rice, pasta, you name it. could this be the reason for my slow/non-existent loss? i've read some stuff on the GM/MM plan and it sounds difficult... what do you all eat during GM days? is it worth giving a try? anyone have results to share from following this plan? sorry for the flood of questions, but i'm trying not to get too discouraged with ttapp... help!
