Hi
I thought I would pass on some information about Ezekiel bread, you can eat it on gm days, you can buy different flavors at Trader Joes (i live in Ca). You can also buy Ezekiel tortillas. I was wondering if bread made with spelt flour is ok? And how about corn tortillas that are made from stoneground corn, water, and a dash of lime. (i saw those at Trader Joes too)? They have a lot of good products and i like there quality and prices.
