This is so difficult for me to ask but I would love to start t-tapp,but I have been out of a job for over a year now. Just went out again yesterday no jobs anywhere. My husband has been diagnosed with a lung tumor and a lung disease. So he is very limited in what he can do. He does volunteer work for several local charities in our area and he's having trouble with having enough energy to keep up. I am hypothyroid and need to lose weight. I walk on a treadmill about an hour each day for over a year now and have not lost anything. I have heard alot of good things about t-tapp. Thank you for letting me vent alittle here and God bless all. Linda.

Hi Linda! If you have a vcr machine, I have a new, extra VHS copy of the Step Away the Inches workout that I would be happy to send you. If you can use it, just send me an email through the forums with your mailing address. This is a great workout if you're starting T-Tapp. I'm sorry for the difficulties you and your husband are dealing with right now. I will keep you in my thoughts. It takes courage to reach out like you did and I'm glad you did.

I'm new too. And I found Theresa has some workouts on YouTube for free (sorry don't know the channel just search T-Tapp). So hopefully all the generous offers and with the resource on YouTube you can put together a workout that will benefit you.

Hello and welcome Linda,
I'm so sorry you're going through a tough time.
This is a playlist of all the T-Tapp exercises on youtube http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL5875FC5F597FF78B
This is a where the free exercises are on the site: http://www.t-tapp.com/try/
I would recommend trying Hoe downs first
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lsURicKB_G8&list=PL5875FC5F597FF78B&index=1&feature=plpp_video and 'Organs in place' which will help you flatten your stomach and get in touch with your abs. http://www.t-tapp.com/articles/flatstomach/index.html
There are some seated exercises which are really helpful here: http://www.amazon.com/Fit-Fabulous-Minutes-Teresa-Tapp/dp/0345484045/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1344593324&sr=8-1&keywords=t-tapp (scroll down to the bottom of the page to watch the video of them).
