does grapefruit really aid in fat burning? I tried doing a search on google but didn't come up with much info. I have read that Teresa thinks a grapefruit each morning is a good idea...and I am very willing to do that (even though it is not my favorite). But I was just wondering if any of you know if it can aid in weight loss? Thanks!
