Hello Ladies,
I am considering buying a facial fitness DVD (I'm 45 and everything seems to be going south...:p). I'm currently hesitating between Carole Maggio's Facercise and Carolyn's Facial Fitness. If you could tell me about your experience with any of these programs, I'd greatly appreciate your advice. Thanks!!! :)

I don't have any experience with either of the programs you mentioned, but have been using Flex Effect Facialbuilding for almost 6 months and really like it. There was discussion about different systems around the time I was choosing one, so you might glean some information from this thread:

FlexEffect is awesome. I have people who haven't seen me for a couple of years literally scanning my face and neck for staples because it works so well. And it helps my sinus issues so much (my left side was nearly collapsed after severe injury and really NEEDS the thoroughness of the FlexEffect program).

Love it for all the best reasons. Hope This Helps.

Facercise contains 14 exercises from memory, and there is a super set meaning you can workout in 8 minutes. Many are toning exercises so won't necessarily build muscle as they don't utilise resistance. Carolyn's Facial Fitness does incorporate some exercises which are from Facercise, but her own modified versions of them, plus others she found and adapted and she combines them in a massage kind of movement at times, which some people say they like. Carolyn does have feedback that she responds to all emails too. Carole does but there is quite a delay sometimes of up to several days. Both also have their own skincare lines. Of course I'm naturally biased and would say FlexEffect in my opinion wins above both of them, because it doesn't just address muscles but there are techniques for skin and bone too, but ca la vie. Of course there is also a forum with access to trainers (just like T-tapp) which is great for motivation and support too.

Thank you for your advice ladies. The FlexEffect seems great, but I can't spend this amount of money. I think I'll try the Facercise program which has great reviews on Amazon, and is said to help with TMJ (I have it bad).

You know what, its worth saving for. We've even had trainers with TMJ and so its really something that facial exercises can help with. See how you go with facercise in the meantime, but don't be surprised if you feel the calling (I can't tell you how many facercisers have come to us).

I'll give Facercise a try and see how it goes. If it's not as effective as I hope, I might turn to flexeffect later. Thanks!
