Most exciting news: T-Tapper favorite movement, Hoe Downs, has reached 100,000 views!
What can Hoe Downs do for you?
• Increase mental clarity.
• Help control hormonal mood swings often experienced with PMS and menopause.
• Drop glucose levels quickly. (From 62 to 85 points upon completion and an average rate up to 100 points at 10 minutes post completion.
• Burn off excess glucose before it converts to fat.
• Optimal brain balance, because hoedowns involve simultaneous left/right brain cognitive processing. Because of this, initial coordination doing the single count lift/touches from front to side can be challenging, but within a week cognitive processing significantly improves. It is important to exercise the brain as well as the body for quality of life in senior years.

Hoedowns are really aerobic AND they work your legs, butt, core, lats and abs all at once, (and if you're really twisting those thumbs back and getting your elbows forward you'll feel it in your arms as well!) So try Hoe Downs once or twice a day and see what they do for you.

We all know that but it's nice to share with friends and family members who might want to know why you are all excited about the Workout That Works.

That is AMAZING!!!!!

Wonder how many of those views resulted in a new convert? (and how many inches have been lost through all those views???)

Awesome! I always recommend going to the website and view the "Try Before You Buy" videos to those that are just "thinking" about joining my classes or just want to see what T-Tapp is.

That's great. The more people who are exposed to T-Tapp the better!

I am new here and I found out about T-Tapp from the Hoe Down video on You Tube. I was looking for exercises that would be gentle on my knees. I bought the book and my first set of workouts are on the way. I am excited to get going. But until the videos get here (I cannot figure out the primary back stretch with just the book), I am doing the hoe downs every day. I am really glad that I found the Hoe Down video!

I love Hoe Downs! I duck out into the store room and do a couple of sets a day when I'm at work. I just hope there's no CCT camera in there!
