The burning question this week is: DO YOU TappCore?
Even though we are T-Tappers and we KNOW that "less is more", we can still be overcome with the "more is better" state of mind. So here we are... all striving for a time slot to complete our full workout, but what happens if we don't personally find the time to do a full workout? Isn't doing something really better than nothing at all?
In the past few weeks, Teresa Tapp has been running challenges to her fans on Facebook and Twitter using just one movement per day, twice per day for ONE WEEK. During those challenges, T-Tappers lost between 1-3 inches in their targeted areas of concern. Being on the other end of the phone, I hear it constantly: 1 set of Hoe Downs a day can change your body.
Many people do not realize the amazing results the come with the TappCore Workout and that is what I am here to tell you about this week.

Head Start Stats:
80% of participants experienced an inch loss in their waist with just 8 workouts. In just 8 workouts we even had people who lost 4.5 inches and 4.75 inches off their waist with a total loss of 56.75 inches.
67% of participants experienced an inch loss in their abs with just 8 workouts. In just 8 workouts we even had people who lost 4.75 inches and 5.25 inches in their abs with a total loss of 40.50 inches.
69% of participants experienced an inch loss in their thighs with just 8 workouts. In just 8 workouts we even had people who lost 4 inches and 7.5 inches in their thighs with a total loss of 53.50 inches.
