What is a good number of calories to consume everyday to lose weight but still be healthy? I am 5'5 in my mid 20's and weigh about 157 or so. I am medium boned and look the best at 125 to 135-any thinner than 120 and I really look anorexic. I have 1200 calories in my mind as the # to consume to lose weight but I am wondering if that is not enough? I don't want to count calories but I need a baseline because if I don't have one I won't eat enough-I have been anorexic before and the tendencies are still there so I need a number to try to reach everyday. Thanks for any ideas you guys! Oh and I would like to lose 2 pounds a week-that is what I was doing on WW, but I don't want to pay anymore-thanks again!
