In my other post these were recommended, I wondered how many tappers use these, and like them? I went to the website, exactly which tape do you guys like? And can you buy them in stores, or just her website? Thanks for the info!

This is in response to an old topic regarding Leslie Sansone's walking program which said - "I just wanted to add that if you are in good shape already and your heart rate isn't getting up there enough doing the walking tapes as is, you can do it with ankle weights, exaggerate the arm movements, etc..."
I've beent told by many people - never walk with ankle weights - it puts too much stress on the joints. If you have any of Susan Powter's old videos, she says the same. I'm sure most T-Tappers are aware of this, but just in case I thought I'd post.

You're right, October Gal.
Teresa doesn't recommend ankle weights because of the stress it puts on the joint--better to use all the T-Tapp form and tweaks (and Metatreks, if you have those) instead!
You're just jealous because the voices aren't talking to *you*!

Use them applying the t-tapp technique. They are very repetitive though, nothing new from tape-to-tape so you'll only need one (go for the 2 or 3 mile one). Leslie is very chatty and I found her to be annoying.
