sorry this is kind of a double post BUT I want to rephrase what I asked before. Do any of you eat pretty much the same things on your GM days? It just seems easier to me to do it this way-oatmeal for breakfast, fruit smoothie for lunch, brown rice with vegetables and sometimes meat or salmon for dinner-vegetables and hard boiled egg whites for snacks. Is there anything wrong with eating pretty much the same on GM days? Will I not lose weight as quickly if I do it this way? Thanks!
