Well, I posted this several days ago on the General discussion forum. But thought that I would go ahead and post it here too. I have never got to post on the "success story forum" {;)]
I have been doing t-tapp for a while now. But my body would not let the fat go for some reason. But I continued with t-tapp because I felt so much better, was getting more toned, had better posture and more energy. I was t-tapping on and off last fall due to having pneumonia and other things going on. But after the first of the year, I decided it was time to really stick with the program and lose this fat. I started by doing a schedule. It was easier for me to just look and the day and do the video that I had down for that day. I added cardio on my off days from t-tapping. And have been trying to be as consistant as possible with the GM/MM eating. I also add NT too.
Well, I am VERY happy to say that I have lost 11 1/2 inches all over and a few lbs since January 5. I am so happy!!! :) I still have a lot to lose but know that if I keep up with what I have been doing that I will be able to lose all of it.
So, I will keep you posted as I measure. I hope that I continue to have inch loss to post about. I am tired of being overweight.
Take care-
Tina
