I am really considering buyng some But want to be sure we will use it. I have really dry skin and Dh has bleeding gums from time to time My dd has real dry skin also. My spider veins. Sore muscles. I am assuming you massage with it?
Is it safe for kid? Is there a chance of absorbing to much Mag oil? I really want to order today cause of sale but just being sure this will be something that is helpful to us.
Thanks

Amy, foot soaks are the best method and yes, it is safe for kids; they really need it the most with all the growth they need to do and the junk that passes for food and nutrititon.
Here is a link worth wading through, although it is a little daunting as it's so big:

I really recommend Dr. Carolyn Dean's book The Magnesium Miracle as it goes into all of your questions and everyone I know who has read it has had SO many "aha!" moments. Most libraries carry it.
For tooth brushing and bleeding gums, we add a couple of drops onto our tooth brush (your choice of paste) and brush with it and it really helps strengthen the teeth and gums and eliminate plaque.
I hate plaque. I get my kids to brush by telling them the truth: Plaque is bacteria poop. That helped.

The teeth whitener that T-Tapp sells has healed my gums.

Your body will eliminate any excess magnesium, so no fear of ever getting *too* much!
I spray my tooth powder/paste with mag oil and brush. My gums have never been healthier.

The most FLABBERGASTING!!! experience this weekend with mag oil. I had a girls weekend; one came from Florida and one from Maine. The friend from Maine was darn near cross eyed in pain in her neck and head. She has been seeing a chiropractor but never got any relief. Sleep was sporatic at best. She looked like she'd been dragged through a keyhole backwards! It looked like she should be MRI'd and be seeing a neurosurgeon. Top it off with the fact she's a celiac. Her doc said that her tests indicated that she was getting lots of calcium. (Nope, she took no calcium supplements. Probably leaching from her bones.) I suggested that she try a mag oil foot soak just on a fluke.
The next morning she BOUNCED out of bed announcing that she SLEPT!!!! Talk about a happy camper! She's hooked and ordered a supply for herself. WOW! I'm dazzled!

Penny, that's great! You probably saved her sanity. Your description of being dragged through a keyhole backwards is very vivid and reminds me of the 27 years of insomnia I only recently broke through.
Wonderful testimonial.

Wow! "Dragged through a keyhole backwards." That's hard to imagine but very descriptive. Glad you thought of the mag oil! You're probably right about the calcium leaching from her bones. I had a higher than normal calcium blood level & the doctor thought I must be taking a lot of calcium, which I wasn't, then last spring I found out I have osteopenia.

Well, she slept through the night again! Now she's heading back to Maine and will be watching for her own mag oil to show up at her home. It's beyond amazing.

Wow, those were awesome results, and so obviously from the mag oil. I'm glad she got some relief. She must be thrilled. :)

I've been brushing my teeth with mag oil, and my gums have always been prone to bleed a lot at the dentist. Last time they didn't bleed at all and the hygenist commented on the lack of bleeding, and how clean my teeth were to begin with. Much less scraping and no blood. A real change for me! Plus my teeth look so much better without any harsh whiteners! I usually use the mag oil alone, and sometimes with Eco Dent powder.
