Well, I am approaching my 2 week mark with T-Tapp! I have achieved some inch loss...hooray!...but there are some other benefits that are just as important to me.

For one, I am an O blood type and have struggled with "elimination" for a couple years. It is not unusual for me to only have a BM every 2 or 3 days. I actually spent about 5 months of last year having every test in the book done starting with a colonoscopy and going from there. The docs couldn't find anything wrong and the only advice I got was "eat more fiber". Well, when taking Metamucel twice a day and eating fiber bars in between doesn't get you "moving", you start to feel like nothing will. I fully suspected this was the reason for my cellulite and my inability to loose weight. I mean, if you aren't getting rid of stuff, it has to be making you whole system toxic, right?! So I am happy to report that between the exercises, brushing, Fibertox and alfalfa, I am seeing a great improvement in this area!!! It is sort of sad when I am ridiculously happy over being able to poop every day! ;)

The second benefit I am noticing is less swelling in my hands and feet. For the last couple years, during the hot summer months, my extremeties retain so much water that I had begun to take water pills to help keep me comfortable. The same happens during my period. Now when my hands even start to swell, I do the move from Broom where Teresa shows you walking in place and alternately closing your hands and then opening them really wide (Jazz hands) while your arms swing. If that doesn't seem to take care of it completely, I go brush. And by evening, I can still get my rings off! A huge, huge step for me when it is hot and muggy.

So yeah, inch loss is awesome, but I'm loving the other improvements just as much!

Woo hoo, Valorie! The "small" benefits are just as important as the big ones and are so encouraging as we go along. I'm happy for you. We're gonna get there, yes we are! :clappinghands:

Great progress report!!!! I've seen improvement in this same area, too, and wasn't sure if I could attribute it to BWO+, alfalfa, increased Vit C daily (only 4,000 mg) or something else.

Since cutting salt out of my eating plan, I have found great help as there is a connection between salt, inflammation and my fibormyalgia pain or lack thereof now!

I'm so glad you shared these thoughts as it will be sure to help someone else in the future who will read this thread.

Those are absolutely important & awesome results - I'm going to share that with a client's daughter who has the same problems & has for YEARS. She is also type O.

That's awesome! My thing is my knee pain. It's gone. Just gone. And my wicked bad digestion. I haven't had gas since I started hoe downing after meals. My whole family is grateful for that benefit :D

Cal/mag before bed in a 2:1 ratio (approx 1200mg to 600mg) also helps immensely with keeping things moving along and with swelling. Just make sure it's citrate and NOT carbonate.

Thanks for all the great comments! And thanks Shannon for the cal/mag suggestion. I took a powder form years ago that you mixed in juice or water and had forgotten about it. I will check into adding it to the regime!

Valorie, I'm with you. I also am an O blood type and I've had puffy fingers and elimination problems for years and years. Magnesium helped once I started taking it a few years ago. Had a great scare 2 years ago after too much haggis and shortbread in Scotland. Doc had me take some fiber liquid mess and after about a month I was more regular. HOWEVER, since starting T-Tapp, the system is working great. T-Tapp really does start to heal from the inside out.

I struggled so long with my monthly breast pain and I remember praying that God would guide me to whatever it was that was causing my problem. And then I found T-Tapp and learned what a sluggish lymphatic system does to the body. So grateful to have found this.

Today I'm very puffy because of Chinese food last night. The DH's parents came to visit and that's what they wanted to eat. I haven't had Chinese food in a long time and really could feel the difference in my body. For the first time in many months, I have difficulty putting on my wedding ring.
