From what I can see, everything he says we need to do Teresa covers in ALL her workouts! I posted as much in the comments section.

Yeah, and she's been teaching this for 10 years!

I've told Mercola about her before and I guess he wants to make more money than make good referrals. Too bad. I'm so glad to have found Teresa and without exception every time something is proven to be beneficial to do, it's already something Teresa teaches.
Teresa, THANK YOU.

He would have to look at it in depth to see what it can do. As you know she has a purpose for every move. The longer you do it the more you can appreciate all the thought she put into it & just how thorough the TWO workout is.

I am always amazed, every time I do a workout. T-Tapp is just so, so, so much more than a workout. I don't believe words can describe it, you have to do it to feel it. :)

I replied to your comment on there to second what you said about T-Tapp. I hope it will get at least one person to give Tappin a try!

 Pamelaw, your comment was deleted from the site & I never saw Jen's comment. I replied to someone about a different topic (MortonsFoot.com) & that was deleted. However I recommended T-Tapp Sunray sit down exercise to someone with very limited mobility (Dr. Mercola hadn't replied) & the MORE rehab (chair) one & that is still up. Have you ever heard of Kathy Smith? I hadn't but that doesn't mean anything I guess.
Dr. Mercola actually replied to the person recommending they check out what I had suggested - that they needed to do some kind of exercise. Being in a wheelchair was a death sentence if they didn't.
