Dear TTappers
Re; The best body Exercise (TTAPP) and the best facial exercise (Fcelifting by exercise)

I thought about something today, and I thought that it would be a great idea because of you, all TTappers who beleive in self help and in the importance of putting personnal effort on a regular basis to help ourselves and work at the general improvement of our whole life. By the way, I hope you can understand my english. I am French and those days, I do not speak or write english very often.
Also, I remember Casey and the whole team that always answered patiently and generously my questions about TTapp workout. So, if this information might help some of you, I would be happy.
We exercise our body but, what about our face and neck. We have about 57 muscles in this area and you know that some of our vital organs like sight, smell, earing are located there, as well, our brain and some of our vital glands. Ok, in some way, TTapp help us to oxygenate our face and strenghten our neck but, what about specific neck and face exercise? Would you be surprised to learn that many doctors, dentists, even psychiatrists advise strongly their patients to practice some form of facial exercises? Do not be surprised, because it is true! Facial exercises is not just for good look, it is quite more than skin deep!
Did you heard about a lady named Senta Maria Runge who wrote, by the end of the 1950 a very famous book "Facelifting by exercise"? This book have been, so to speak, "the Bible" of facial exercise since then. Reprinted about 11 time since it first publication. To my knowledge, this is the first and only facial exercise book that have been reprinted so many times. Even today, some of the older copy of this book are sold more than one hundred dollars for collection. You can still by a brand new copy of this book on amazon.com for 35 dollars. Bur, wait. You can have a copy of "facelifting by exercise" bu Senta Maria Runge for free, yes, for free, since you can download it for freen on Scribd.com
My experience ? I own many many dvds and books that teach all forms of facial exercise but this one is, to my point of view, the best. Only 11 exercises, it takes 10 minutes a day to complete the whole programm, and you exercise your face with this method only 5 days a week. Yes, you have to take two days off facial exercises with Mrs Runge's method ! Strangely enough, you "take a break" with this method a whole month at every 4 month. Which means; you exercise your face regularily 5 days a week during 4 month and the fift month, no facial exercise, and you do this cycle again and again.
Believe me (again), considering the fact that usually, facial exercise method involve about 20 exercises, at least 20 minutes a day 7 days a week, 12 month a year and that when you reach a plateau, you have to search for another method, Runge's method is the simplest of all. And besides, it works! I am about to complete my first cycle of 4 month of regular exercise and one of my problem area, the cheeks, have improved a lot. Also, my neck! Some health problems have improved a lot due to facial exercises
The good news is that if you do not beleive me, or are just curious and want to just look at the document, you can download for free Senta Maria Runge's bood on the web site "scribd.com. This is perfectly legal since "Facelifting by exercise", written by Senta Maria Runge will be in public domain soon, being printed 50 years ago. As I said before, Why pay 35 dollars for a new copy of this book on amazon.com? This book is so famous that a lot of people are willing to pay more than 100 dollars for an older copy of it.
So, grab your chance to download for free this wonderfull book and have fun in trying facial exercises, the best way possible !
I send you all my warmest wishes for everything and I just hope this information might be of some help for some of you.
Best regards
Christine Jammes from France

I do exercise my face, when I remember!! I do the whole laughing, screaming, pouting, scrunching up etc routine to work my facial muscles.
I think generally laughing, a healthy diet and plenty of water help too though. :thinkingabout:

I had trouble finding it too but finally did, here is a direct link Face Lifting by Exercise Senta Maria Runge Jbig2
I downloaded and read it last night. It seems really good, I've been doing Carole Maggio Facercise but I like how this book emphasizes SLOW movements and how moving slowly and mindfully and engaging the muscle (hmmmm, sound familiar?) requires it to work harder

I tried a couple while I was reading and my face muscles were quivering! I've never had that happen w/Facercise, I'm gonna start doing this method and see what happens

Why do I have to give them permission to access my personal info and friends on Facebook in order to download it? Maybe I'll just read it online.

I didn't do that, when that popped up I just said "don't allow" or whatever it was when it asked if I wanted to log in using FB. After that I just hit the download button on the right hand side and I had to give my email and then it downloaded fine.
I just checked that I didn't want to receive sribd emails and I only got the one with a link to my download

I downloaded the book about 6 months ago but haven't done the exercises. I have done the Ageless Program for over a year and have seen some results but nothing dramatic. Perhaps I should give the Runge program a go. I know some have gotten great results with the facial exercises but for me it was minimum to moderate success.

Yes, the Ageless If You Dare. It is a good price but the Runge is free. It is interesting that in the Runge book everything is so precise, exact and not to mention cautionary but in the Ageless book while you are working exact muscles the grips are not so precise. I am adopting that attitude with the Runge. I am sure I will bounce back and forth between the two.
