I'd like to extend your thanks, along with my thanks to our AWESOME webmaster and host, Mr. Jeff. He has done SO much behind the scenes to help me get ttapp.com and our forums back on track that I am forever grateful...... plus it makes me feel extra good to hear that you appreciate my efforts to keep our forums FREE as well as without pop ups or "in-your-face" ads.

I'd also like to say THANKS for being so warm and welcoming to newbies and to each other. I receive a lot of positive comments and emails from so many people on how nice ttappers are on our forums. I honestly believe that we have one of the largest, happiest, and non-judgemental forums on the internet!

And guess what? There's MORE! Jeff's team of experts are busy creating some super cool new features that will be available soon.....AND it looks like they've discovered a way to eliminate those pesky spammers too!

Last of all, make sure you are registered as a TappClub member because Jeff has created an amazing tool for me to deliver downloads and cyber trainings that will be available very soon for TappClub members.

I would be a very disgruntled overweight unhappy unhealthy "old lady", instead of this wonderful young-feeling body receiving compliments from my dh daily.

I'm so happy to have this opportunity to express gratitude to you. Your exercises unfroze my frozen shoulder. Your exercises have made it possible for me to wash my feet in the shower and emerge still being able to stand upright.
