did you find the information about it by searching the board? I have done that and have found some info, but nothing that explains it perfectly. As far as I understand is you do 3 days GM and then 1 day MM? Is that basically the idea behind it or is there more to it than that? Any articles that are specifically about GM/MM or any books? Thanks!
