We already know what a powerful move PBS is, and I want to share about my morning. I have been miserably stiff and sore and a little depressed for the last 2 days due to an autoimmue flare up. I haven't felt like doing anything. This morning when I woke up, ever part of my body ached. From my feet all the way up. I decided to get out of bed and do PBS. I could barely do the tucks and scoops, but I slowed it way down and gave it my best. When I was done I could feel the blood flowing through my body, I could feel the heat going up my spine, my muscles had relaxed - especially my rhomboids and traps, my head was clearer, and my mood was lifted. WOW! Just that move took care of probably 90% of my problems I woke up with. 2 hours later I am still tingling and as soon as I am hydrated I'm going to do a workout. Now WHY didn't I do it yesterday :p Thank you and bless you, Teresa!

When I don't feel good enough to stand up, I do the PBS for the sitdown workout, and that helps too.

Really encouraging post! I often wake up feeling achy and sore, especially lately as I've been trying to learn T-Tapp! ;) Guess I need to try PBS and see what happens. Thanks!
