I don't have the Instructional #1. But I do have the BWO+. If I just start doing the BWO+ without having done the instructional video, is it possible that I will pick up the movements and still achieve great results?

I yellowbow! Welcome to t-tapp!
I am not going to say you won't pickup the movements and achieve great results if you watch and listen carefully to Teresa's instructions on the BWO+ DVD, BUT... if there is any way you can at least get the book and read it that would be VERY beneficial. The book comes with a 30% coupon for T-Tapp products so it's definitely worth the investment!
I'm sure others will jump in here with their thoughts momentarily...

Is Instructional 1 not on your BWO+ disc? I thought they were on there together.
You probably could pick it up...study it first. Just watch it. And I second Phyllis' excellent suggestion to get the book! Lots of form tips and most common errors in there!

hmmm, I was thinking the same thing that the instructional is on the same dvd?:thinkingabout:
I would think instructionals and/or the book would make all the difference
I remember when I first started and it wasn't until I got the book that I realized I was turning my hands facing inward when they were on my knees for PBS!
there are just so many little nuances that the book and instructionals cover:)

Yeah, I was thinking that too - Instructional 1 is packaged with Basic +. Unless you somehow got a copy of Basic+ Tempo.

If it is on VHS, it is separate.
