Hi Ladies, I started doing BWO+ around the middle of February, I really like it and can tell a difference in tightening but no inch loss that I can tell just yet. I had a baby Dec 30 by c-section so had to wait at least 6 weeks before exercising again. more recently I haven't been consistent but reading the forums is inspiring me to get back at it! (I have a two year old boy who keeps me kind of occupied, and with the new baby it is a little nutty...)
my question is what is this type 3 or type 4 stuff people put on their information? I am just curious.
lots to learn. looking forward to getting better at my form and starting TWO in a week or so, cannot wait.
thanks

Hey Babytapper,
Congrats on starting a very good program! Just let your body tighten and you will see inch loss soon. Do you dry skin brush? It really helps as well. One thing I am trying to do lately is drink more water as this will flush out toxins as well.
As far as the "type 3" "type 4" thing, there is a website called "Dressing Your Truth" that a lot of women have joined on this forum. I think it is about dressing for who you are, your personality, coloring etc.

If you go to the Off Topic forum you can find the thread there. It is really long but very informative. Sorry, I'm still not sure how to add links here yet.
All the best and welcome to T-Tapp!
I'm sure that someone will come in here and explain it better than me. It sounds like a very interesting program. There is also a forum thread

that sums it up! pretty much has nothing to do with t-tapp other than the fact that Teresa generously lets us have these forums on which we can discuss such off-topic subjects!! LOL
Although that thread DID introduce the creator of Dressing Your Truth, Carol Tuttle to T-Tapp! She popped on yesterday to say she's tapping 4 days a week and her daughter is too!
