Getting ready to buy the book.......

I did not buy the book, "Fit and Fabulous" yet, but I am getting ready to. What I want to know is, what free exercise DVD comes with the book? I don't mean the core tapp DVD that you check off on the order form. I mean the actual DVD that is in the back cover of the book. What is on that DVD? Thanks.

I do that dvd on my off days it comes with Organs in Place (on the floor), Hoe Downs, and Advanced Hoe Downs.
