Sometimes I don't have the time to do the TWO...

If I did BWO+ instead...would my results be greatly reduced?

People that are on EOD...do you do TWO for 2 days and BWO+ for the other day? Or BWO+ for 2 and TWO for one? (Confusing that Total Work Out looks like the #2!)

Just wondering if I'm doing myself a disservice to just do the BWO+ when I should be doing TWO.

Thoughts?

Consistency is key, do what you can when you can. BWO+ is a power packed workout, don't underestimate it! Fitting in TWO when you can is good to.

Michelle is right--better BWO+ than *meaning* to do TWO and not getting around to it because you're busy. BWO+ is one power-packed little workout if you do it to your max!

And Charlotte helped me to be able to get TWO in by breaking it into halves or thirds! You will sacrifice a bit of cardio, but as Michelle and Charlotte have said, pushing to your max in a shorter workout will still yield results!!!

I've done mainly 20-30 minute workouts 80% of the time over 3 years!


Here's the breakdown:

Day 1: PBS through Airplanes
Day 2: PBS then TTN to the end

or

Day 1: BWO+
Day 2: PBS, then Lunges through Airplanes
Day 3: PBS, then TTN to the end

But the difference between the two sequences is, that you start your "week" by BWO+ on day 1 and you come back to BWO+ day 4 ? (just curious) or you do repetition of Day 2, day 3... ?


Have to say also, that since I have the skechers (energy) to do my workouts, boy it's helping. I LOVE these shoes. Money well spent !!

Clarity, usually if I divide TWO up like that, I will do a different workout the other 2-3 days (one day completely off). Might be SATI, HTF, part of Broom, MORE, etc. Or just BWO+ again.

But yes, you could do it again and basically get two TWOs in a week!

Okay so it would be like (example only):

BWO+
PBS, ...Lunges to Airplanes
PBS, ... TTN to the end.
SATI
HTF or MORE or BROOM... (OR can do again part of TWO as PBS, lunges to airplanes)
BWO+ ( PBS, TTN to the end)
.. OFF.

Did I understand it right?

But as I'll get into #2 soon I want to make sure I'll do it right (#2, then TWO)

BUT Trish, so if I understand right, you never did TWO in one shot? (as you say that you do 20-30 minutes workouts)
