Hello All! :hello2: This is my first time starting a thread so I hope I am doing it correctly.
I've been a year-long lurker and thanks to the 60-day challenge 50% discount I was able to stock up on lots of workouts even though I haven't done most of them yet. It's been an inconsistent year and each time I re-start, I only work my way back up to BWO+ and Inst 2 together(not quite to TWO) before *life* throws me off course again. Years ago I was doing TWO and Hit the Floor.
I just moved for the 3rd time in 3 years and now that things are settling down again, I am starting back into a routine. I own TWO, More, HTF, Tempo 2, Tempo Arms, Tempo Lower Body, Lady Bug, and Critter Crunch...phew I really need to get going so I can do these workouts!!
My question is this: dh got 3rd in the 60 day challenge and receieved a store credit that I've been wanting to use before I forget about it. I was considering ordering Tempo Torso, but since I have so many other WOs I wasn't sure if I would make use of it. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Whether you make use of it or not is up to you ;) Torso is 30 minutes, a full workout, all standing, and targets the torso area. It is a great workout, but then so are all the rest LOL. I think if I were going to suggest a "next" workout for you it would be the Step Away Combo set. Just MHO

Ditto what Michelle said! SATI is fantastic for mixing things up, making you sweat, and is great for those days when you just don't feel like doing a regular T-Tapp workout.

Are you dry skin brushing? That would be another thing to use your credit toward.

Thanks for all your advice! And I am brushing, but only take the alfalfa when I'm 'on the wagon' to make the most of it. I'll have to give SATI another go- my mom has it and I remember I tried it a few years ago and it hurt my knees after about 5 minutes. At the time though I wasn't doing any type of workout and was at my heaviest weight, so any physical activity would have made my knees hurt.
Basically, what I was wondering if Tempo Torso would go above and beyond what I already have in my aresenal. I'm thinking of holding off for now, and using some of dh's store credit for the warm up stretches dvd and another bottle or 2 of immune boost. I always keep it in the house now; it really works in nipping a cold in the bud.
Thanks for all your input! If it wasn't for this forum I would never get back on the wagon...Again and again and again :)

I have Tempo Torso, but hardly ever do it! In fact, I have shelved the Tempos for awhile--I could tell my form was getting sloppy and I just wasn't focusing. I think you have a good bunch there--and SATI is a good one, too!
And you can always buy LOTS of alfalfa! Between my dds and I we use 3-4 bottles a month, so that would be my vote! LOL!

Is that discount just for winners or for all participants?

The 50% off was for all participants that made it through the 60-days and submitted their final photos and measurements regardless of winning. It was a great incentive for me!

Michelle, why Torso is considered a FULL workout (as it targets the torso area only)?
I thought that TWO was the only full workout or by combining 2 workouts together (like SATI and BWO+ = full workout) :thinkingabout:

These are old threads and there have been many newer videos since then, but since
no one else has answered you, Clarity, I thought I better give you my two cents,
even though I'm still traveling and may need them back....... with interest......
