ack, I wasn't sure when I bought stuff what to get and now reading the book I realize I don't know if I have the right dvd's.
I got the book with the free dvd and the basic workout plus
I also got the body brushing: the brush, vitamin B spray and alfalfa supplement.
So I just finished reading chap. 4 and I think I don't have theat 45 minute total workout that's needed. Am I right?

You can bootcamp with instruction one from BWO+. When I first started I couldn't manage adding in stuff from the TWO! It was way too much for me to handle.
I believe a bootcamp is still about going to your own max and if that max is Instructional 1/BWO+ that is totally ok!

You'll do fine! You can order the second half later. Right now, start with Instructional 1 for a week or two. And be sure you "hold position" with the team! The Instructional is as much about getting that mind-to-muscle connection established as learning the moves!
I did mostly BWO+ and SATI (step away the inches) the first 6 months and lost 4 sizes! (I was more to lose, though.)
Welcome to T-Tapp! Come back and ask questions or share your progress! Oh, and when you have time, check out the Must Read Threads--between those and the book you have a wealth of form tips!

Check back in and let us know how you are doing, okay? You have all you need to keep yourself busy for quite a while! I think it was Charlotte Siems who did only BWO+ for the 1st year and lost quite a bit. Am I right, T-Tappers???

Yeppers. I've done two bootcamps. The first, last year, I did Inst. 1 and lost about 7 inches in the first week (impatient). The second, which I completed last Tuesday, I did BWO+, with a couple of TWO thrown in. Lost 9.75" !!! So, yes, Inst. 1/BWO+ *is* effective. Be consistent and really focus on form. Pore through the tips in the book, really listen to Teresa on the video, and, of course, check the "must read" posts here on the forum. Lots of good tips there!
