I was wondering how long the SATI workout is? I haven't ordered it yet, but have been wanting to.

And is it considered a full workout or do I add it to say....BOW+

Thanks!
Natalie

Hello Natalie,

SATI is 22 minutes long approx. great WO by the way. It is a full WO in my opinion :)
But if you do BWO+ also, they used to say here that it's a full long WO (together)

Hi Natalie,

Welcome to T-Tapp! SATI is a short workout and you would need to add BWO+ to it to make it a full workout. Let us know if you have any more questions!

Do others find that SATI is better for inch loss, or does it deliver about the same results as BWO 1 and 2.

The reason I ask is I seem to have slowed down a bit. But ofcourse would like to keep up the inch loss. (I do need to put my eating in check)

I haven't added in walking at all to the workout, and know Teresa says it is a good exercise to add. In the past walking has always been my best way to loose. But I have needed to walk at least 45-60 min. I don't have that luxury right now and was hoping I might get the same results with SATI in a shorter amount of time.

Is there some sort of comparison that could be made. For example.....SATI is = to 45 minutes of walking.

Does this make any sense?

Thanks,
Natalie
