I'm so excited!!! I just finished my 2nd week of T-tapp and I've lost 16.75 inches. Last week I gained 3 pounds - this week that all came off plus two pounds more (I know...I know...I'm not supposed to check the weight - I'm still working on that - and it's a real struggle for me.) But I'm so excited to see this program is working. It's very challenging - yet I'm able to follow along (as goofy as I might look at this stage - LOL!)
Thank you to all of you who are on these forums. I've spent a lot of the last two weeks reading and being encouraged by you all.

Thank you for the encouragement, Gals! In response to a few questions...I have been doing Instuctional #1 and BWO+ for most of it. A little of Instructional #2. I've yet to make it through TWO. I just ordered SATI (clearance sale) and am waiting for that to arrive.
About 4 months ago I eliminated pretty much all sugars and white processed flour. I've basically been following a healthy lower-carb lifestyle. Lots of veggies and fruits, protein, nuts, etc... I do eat dairy almost every day and even eat very dark chocolate occasionally. I lost about 30 pounds prior to starting T-Tapp. Since starting I have not changed the way that I eat at all - as what I have been doing is pretty close to GM/MM (most of what I eat is GM.) If I want to eat pasta I use Dreamfields Low Carb pasta (which is great!) And if I want an ice cream treat it's usually Breyers LC choclate! I just have those treats in moderation (every few days or so.)
