Hi I am on my 3rd day of T-Tapp and I am sore. I love the workouts and I plan on doing a 7 day boot camp and my question is after I start the EOD program should I jog or bike on the off days? Is it ok to go for walks on the days I do T-Tapp workouts? I just don't want to over do or under do. Before T-Tapp I worked out at least an hour everyday but still could not fit into my favorite jeans :-(
Thanks for your help!

I know, for the 1st 30 days, Teresa recommends that you don't do anything other than T-Tapp as you form those neurokinetic transmissions. A trainer will better be able to answer that question. Maybe walking on the off days would be okay.

Sounds like you are off to a good start! I was like you and used to working out an hour a day--without results. I'm learning that less is more as the saying goes with T-Tapp. I'm sure someone with more experience will chime in and offer suggestions. Good luck,

Jennifer is right--the first 30 days Teresa advises just doing T-Tapp and walking. Believe me, ALL you need is T-Tapp! That is all I do--I do walk in the better weather, but I used to walk a lot before T-Tapp and lost very little! So the walking is to get me outdoors in the fresh air and with some "quiet mind" time!
