I have gotten my borderline diabetes under control with t-tapp and proper diet. However, when I do hoe-downs, my blood sugar goes TOO low. Should I just do less of them, or should I just step in place when they are doing them on the video?

How many times are you doing HD in one day and when? What workots do you do?

Yes I would like to know too!
HD does not put my blood sugar that low... so I'm curious about it !

I do HDs on the Basic and Total workouts.

SO you do the Basic and the TWO in the same day? How else can you do them less, if you are only doing them with the video?

I did them both yesteday, but I won't anymore. I overworked myself. Maybe if I only do one or the other, it won't lower my blood sugar too much, hopefully.

You can not do both workouts in the same day, no wonder you lowered your BS! Instructionals are key, stick with them while you are learning the nuances of T-Tapp. LESS IS MORE

How low does it go? If it's only going down to 70 or so, just eat something, preferably a protein-fat kinda food, to raise it slowly. Nuts or nut butter would be good.

Yes, I learned my lesson. After taking a day off yesterday, I will just do a basic workout today. And maybe I will do some stepping later on, but just a little bit.
