Hello,
New to T-Tapp. I would like to know if I can use interchangeably Basic Workout Plus and Fit and Fabulous in 15 minutes for the bootcamp.
Also, is there a reason for the wait in between workouts after the first week?
Thank you for your help

When you say "Fit and Fabulous in 15 Minutes," what do you mean? "Fit and Fabulous in 15 Minutes" is a book, which describes both the Basic Workout (Chapter 5, if I remember correctly), and the rest of the moves which comprise the Total Workout (Basic Workout is the first part of Total Workout).

Generally speaking a "bootcamp" is supposed to be the Total Workout (aka "TWO") IF you're capable of that. If not, you could do a "bootcamp" of Basic Workout (BWO) or MORE, depending on your current fitness level. MORE is similar to BWO, but with fewer reps; some of the moves are modified/simplified (from what I understand; I've never done it). MORE is designed for people with "more pounds to lose, more candles on the cake," or other medical complications (such as a bad back, bad knees, etc.)

Bootcamps are optional. You may find that more than a few days in a row is just too draining. That's OK, it's consistency (i.e., doing it regularly) that will bring results! :)

Hi Miracle, and welcome to T-Tapp! The place to start depends on your current physical condition, whether you have medical issues, how much you have to lose, etc. But basically you will start with the Instructionals, either Instructional #1 or Instructional #1 and #2, depending on your fitness level.

As far as the exercises on the DVD that came with the book, many people like to do Organs in Place before bed and HoeDowns after meals. That DVD is more like instructions for separate moves rather than a workout (although these great moves have helped many T-Tappers lose inches just by doing them alone!). Let us know if you have other questions, we're here for you!
