Anyone buying from vitacost.com?

I've ordered from them a couple of times (not regularly, just here and there). I haven't had any trouble. You might check iherb too. Great deals there as well.

We usually use www.swansonvitamins.com, but we have ordered some things from VitaCost and I don't remember any troubles. We don't do it frequently.

Thank you! Now I feel better about them. I guess they have many orders so occasionally they do get mixed up, but it is not a all the time thing. Iherb has even better price on my digestive enzymes, is their shipping also inexpensive?

Just looked it up - their shipping is free, if we order over 40 dollars. I will check, if they have other items I like, and then I might go with them instead.

I order from them all the time and vitaminshoppe.com and haven't had a one bit of problem with them.

I get emails all the time listing all their sales. They also have good informational articles.

I have been ordering from Vitacost for years now. I live in Alaska and I have NEVER had ONE little bitty problem!! Their prices are GREAT and I save bunches of money. I order Grapeseed oil, Jason's shampoo, toothpaste and Desert Essence Organic lotion that has no chemicals in it. I pay half of what they charge here in Alaska and no matter how much I order it is only $10.00 s/h. I get my stuff in a very timely manner. I hope this helps!! I have had problems with Vitacost, but I keep going back because of prices! They win I guess.

Shipping has been slow and customer service was awful when I had some problems. I have ordered from them a lot and have had 3-4 bad experiences with them. Their customer service people were so rude each time I talked to them and I think I am a very nice person, always apologizing as if it were my fault!

Thank you all! I end up placing an order with iherb, but they are both about equal, I think. Some things a bit pricier on one-others on the other. I bought natural lotions(MSM too- for sore mucles!), shampoo for adults and my son, neem toothpaste, vitamins, enzymes and probiotics(chewable ones for my son). Oh, yes, also natural deodorant. I love that it has reviews. I still spent like an hour deciding what to get, but now I won't have to for a while. Phew!
I spent about 100 dollars after the coupons and all kinds of discounts- I would have easily spent for this at least twice as much at Whole Foods.

I understand about putting an order together and having it take a big block of time but it is so nice to stay home and have it delivered cheaper than driving to the store.

I order from them pretty often, and they have messed up a lot for me too. Mostly things not getting shipped at all or half the order and half is missing for no apparent reason, to things being on back order and not even being notified. Their prices are good though.

I've used vitacost with no problem. I'm an iherb.com girl myself. After a few orders they then give you extra discounts. I think I stuck to iherb.com because I like the way the site navigates and it has a clean feel to it. Vitacost has so much stuff on the page that I don't like it. But then I don't like clutter. Less is more. lol
