Hi ladies,
Once you do your 4 day bootcamp (or however many days it is), and then you move onto an every other day schedule, what happens if you skip one of your days, and now you've missed 2 days of exercise? Do you need to go back and do the 4 day bootcamp, or do you just pick up where you were?

Thank you!
Cheri

Just pick up and keep going. This doesn't have to be a "by-the-book" thing. Sometimes, our bodies even need that extra rest.

Concerning missing days, you only repeat a BC when you've missed a month or more. You'll be fine.

Thank you so much! That will help, because in the past month I've done about three 4-day boot camps! lol :)

Oh Ceridawn,

That would certainly almost be overtraining. I think somewhere Teresa has a thread or post about how often to do a bootcamp and I can't remember exactly but I do know that is not 3 4 days in one month. You must be an amazon......I admire those of you who can do multiple bootcamps or do a longer one than 4 days as that is the longest I have been able to go.

Thanks for this thread. Last week I ended up sick with a stomach virus (vomitting and diarrhea) and couldn't workout for about 6 days. I had already finished my bootcamp and was well into my EOD with TWO. I too wasn't sure how I should get back into things but this thread answered my questions :) I hadn't lost any inches up to that point and was beginning to become quite discouraged but after a few days off and continuing with EOD, my body seems to be responding albeit very slowly. But then again...slow and steady wins the race! I'm not giving up!!
