I did a search for threads discussing this and read through what was available but didn't find an answer to my particular question, so here goes! I have a bubble butt and, while I am not always thrilled with its size, I don't mind its shape. I have noticed that in the past couple of weeks Tapping that it seems to be flattening out. My glutes are definitely firming up, which is great, but I don't want a flat butt. My goal would be to have a smaller bubble - will Tapping give me this or should I be prepared to say goodbye to the bubble butt?

No, it shouldn't go away. T-Tapp created a better bubble butt for me--in fact the first thing I notice when I stop T-Tapping enough is that my butt gets flat because my saddlebags slide off to the side instead of back where they should be! Things may change shape a bit as you get smaller but T-Tapp WILL build a better backside. Do you carry any saddlebags?

Thanks! Its so helpful to hear from more experienced Tappers and Trainers! And oh yes, I carry saddlebags! I am not sure I quite understood what you said about them sliding off to the side instead of back - mine are definitely on the side normally, like where the seam of jeans would be. Those seem to be shrinking down and I can feel firm muscle underneath so hopefully someday I will be rid of them.

Cool, you are very aware of your saddlebags! ;) After you have assumed T-Tapp stance, tuck/turn out the hip just a little more to slide them back. Have you watched the YYC seminar? I believe it is there that Teresa shows how to instantly get ride of saddlebags...add that to your tuck!

Thanks! I haven't watched the YYC seminar in a while, might be time for a refresher! I'll remember to turn out my legs a little bit more to help slide them back.

I had a *big* bubble, then it got flat when I lost lots of weight, then it got "bubblier" again as T-Tapp continued to build muscle and reshape. My dh prefers the bubble to the great plains...:p

I'm so glad to read this! There's a stranger in the mirror as I walk by; Ooofdah! Does she ever have the bubble butt! I'll be sure to see she gets T-Tapped on a regular basis. :-)

That is the beauty of T-Tapp (well one of the many); Eventually, you will have the perfect "butt" for your shape.
Flat butt's see more of a butt, but in a good way, and bubble butts become perfectly porportioned.

Bubble, flat or otherwise I would like to have a butt that doesn't make people feel they have to move over when I walk in the room.
My shape had been changing quite nicely with T-tapping. Then I had to take a full week off (no choice). During that one week progress disappeared and is now taking forever to make a dent anywhere.
What's up with that?

I am just focusing on appreciating my body with flat butt and all. I know that I have everything I need now to enjoy life, and rounder butt wouldn't change that - in neither direction.
