Hi, I started my 14day bootcamp towards the beginning of January doing the Basic Tempo for 15min every day and adding in a few Awesome Legs and Diva Derriere's here and there too.

The reason I started with Basic Tempo was because a friend was letting me try it before I bought it, which I'm sad to say I will not be able to buy anything for awhile it looks like---soooo I hope that's still a good workout to start out to. I didn't even know it was a higher level workout until last week:) I also got the Fit & Fabulous book with dvd for my birthday so I have the explanations of the BWO and the Total Workout but have yet to go all the way through it because it's a little confusing to read the actions in a book and then actually apply them--it seems easier to Watch them being done and copy those movements.

Anyways, after finishing my Bootcamp I basically stopped working out for a whole week and then when I tried to do the 15 min workout the other day I did not feel like the same energetic self that I usually did after working out. I just felt super tired.

Is it ok to start up again just doing it everyother day or if I'm shooting for a 2 to 3 size loss by June should I do another bootcamp (only like 4 days) to get me back on track?

I ultimately want to lose more than 4 sizes but am at least wanting to fit into my size 18 swim suit this summer and I'm in between sizes 26 & 24 right now.

Please help me know what I should do to get the most results:) I have already lost around 11.5 inches all over this past month and 2.2 pounds!!!! I just need some more encouragement to know what I'm doing right/wrong and what I should continue to do to stay on track:)

Thank you so much for all your help in advance!

Welcome to T-TAPP! BWO is safe to do daily, but keep in mind over training.. if you are tired then rest. You can also cut reps to 4, it is WAY better to complete 4 reps with great form than to do 8 with mediocre form.

Use the forum to ask questions, someone is usually here to answer. Keep us posted!

Hi Inspired! I just wanted to say congratulations on such excellent inch loss!! :clappinghands:
And to just keep going! I think its best to be consistent, go your max, and to do enough to be challenged but not so much that you burn out, fall of the wagon, or exhaust your body. Obviously, I'm not a trainer but I have tried several times to do a bootcamp and everytime I fall off the wagon afterwards. I'm much happier without a bootcamp and doing my best to exercise EOD.
