Hi :).
I am curious, does anyone else feel a really intense stretch in the reaching arm when doing the arm reach and heel/leg left in SATI?? I can't believe how much of a stretch I feel, and wonder if this is normal? I feel this more than anything else!

Not exactly sure which move you mean, but the only thing I can think of, makes me
think that the stretch should be felt through the torso. If that's the case, just practice
feeling it where you want to feel it and it will come. If not? This is a useless post LOL!

Are you referring to Step It to the Max?
Yes, you should feel a nice stretch.

Hi Carol - It's the last move in the instructional for Step Away The Inches.
I haven't done the actual workout yet. Kind of afraid :).
So, perhaps that move is not on SATI????

Lauri is it step lift, step together??? Arm out, arm up, flip it up, flip in down??? That one?
If so don't worry about it, pretty sure it's not in that workout anyway, LOL!
It's in the more advanced Step it to the Max.

It DOES seem like a more advanced move, though... but yes, step away, together, bla bla, that sounds kind of familiar :).

Just keep your buns tucked, ribs up, toes forward, lift with your abs, yadda, yadda, yadda and have fun!
