Hi,
My name is natalie and I am new to this. I have been tapping for about 6-7 months off and on and love the work out.
I have noticed many changes in my figure not just inch loss. The biggest change I would say is my bust line. I am a least a full size bigger! It doesn't seem to be just lifting, also a difference I have noticed. My cup size is larger than before.
My husband has noticed as well but is not complaining. My sister also got bustier when she started the workout.
My question is, is this normal and if it is, what is the cause?

I would venture to say that your ribcage has gotten smaller and back fat has shrunk,
making your breasts appear larger. Working the muscle underneath the fatty breast tissue,
can definitely perk them up making them appear higher and fuller.
A smaller band size definitely requires a larger cup size, well unless you've lost fat or tissue.......
Did you take measurements, at, above and below before starting??? It's never too late!
Changes will continue to occur!

I've been noticing some of that myself, but I'm still nursing (a toddler, some of the time) so I didn't know if it was just something related to that. What a great "side-effect" of the program! I'm so glad you asked this question!

I have noticed that myself. I am already busty but I have noticed that my bras are very loose now...just wish the pants would loosen up...but I am so thankful that my back is getting slimmer.

I was given the program from a good friend of mine, Pam. The frist time I had seen her after she started the work out, I thought she got a "boob job". Mind you I didn't know she was doing anything different. She looked great! Funny how quick your body can change.

dang! that's one improvement I have NOT seen since I started t-tapp! oh well, all the other stuff is good tho! :)

I've had the same thing happen. I think since my stomach is shrinking it's making my chest look larger. For the first time in years when I look down I can't see my stomach past my chest. LOL

My son told me today (as I was working out) that my "nurse-nurses" are REALLY big today, Mama!" Now, he calls them that because my littlest one still nurses occasionally. His comment was SO innocent, but we all burst out laughing!

The other possibility of learning T-Tapp is that as your posture improves (stand taller, lift the ribs with shoulders back) you get perky pecs!
