Hi, I'm new here. I recently purchased the Total workout; used it 3 days; then broke my little toe catching it on a shoe in our hallway (my shoe, my fault for not putting it away).

I'm getting around well enough, but I can't wear shoes, and I certainly can't do most of the moves in my video. I'm 5'4" and just over 200 lbs. I really want to work out and get healthy, fit and smaller than I am. Does anyone recommend another workout available from T-Tapp? Something that can start to build muscle and burn fat while my little toe heals?

Thank you!

I would suggest the MORE Rehab DVD for you - specifically the chair workout. I think it should have been your entry into T-Tapp, rather than the TWO. The other workout you might try is the HTF workout.

Hope it heals soon, I broke my big toe... know how you feel! Ouch!

Let me share a personal tale of broken toe woe. I broke the pinkie toe of my right foot 6 weeks into starting T-Tapp. I kept at it, not wanting to lose what I'd achieved and thinking, "I'm tough, dagnabit!"

I do not recommend my approach! LOL It took 6 months for the toe to heal. Seated or floor workouts that will not stress the break are most appropriate right now. Let your little piggie heal.

Thanks, you two, for your replies. I appreciate you taking the time.

I do know it can take a long time for the toe to heal. I'll order one of WOs suggested next week, being sure to use only the chair or floor routines. I look forward to joining you in real, full-fledged WOs in a few months!

blessings!
