Hello. I have just started doing the Floor Excercises on the Maxi Max (Awesome legs, Frogs, etc) video but I can't straighten my legs or hold them up long. My hamstrings are very tight. What modifications do I need to do to help me straighten my legs and hold them up? Or does that just come with time.

You can put a folded hand towel right under the bottom of your tailbone for a bit of a boost in getting legs up.
Flexibility will come in a surprising short period of time, too! Do the best you can and just keep trying!
It could also be from weak abs? Thinking of the struggling with Half Frogs and that definitely gets better
with time, too. Just be sure and keep your core curled, back flat on the floor and stop when you can't do
anymore with good form. The towel also helps to keep your back flat!
