I am fighting discouragement. I started about December 10th and have missed only about 3 or 4 days of exercise due to illness. I have been doing the BWO+ up till the hoe downs. I have 12 children so I can't carve out anymore time than that, in fact sometimes I have to stop between exercises to give instruction, correction or attention to someone. I just started the Diva Derriere and Awesome legs after hoe downs. I plan to add the stomach exercises that are on line. I took a class to make sure my form was ok and for the most part I was doing it right. I made some adjustments to my arms/shoulders and really work up a sweat now. lol I have bad knees so I struggle with keeping knees bent during some of the exercises but that is slowly improving. I just work at not locking them and bend as much as I can.
Just an observation, if I can complete my workout and shower and do the CRT brushing I have no soreness the next day but if I get side tracked between workout and shower/brushing I end up sore - like today. I had to stop and nurse the baby and sort out some conflict and blah blah, so time went by before I could get to that shower.
I see some changes - looser waist bands, lower blood pressure, less headaches, sciatica has calmed down but not this dramatic inch loss that I keep hearing about. My skin is softer with this alfalfa and my milk supply for baby Zachariah has exploded. In fact the first week he was drowning in milk.
I am 43, probably somewhere between pre and peri menopause. I need to lose about 5 sizes. yuck. I can't believe how I have let things get this bad.:( I am desparate for results.

looser waist bands, lower blood pressure, less headaches, sciatica has calmed down OMG! These are incredible changes, and you have to remember your body has given birth 12 times~! That is 108 months of being pregnant! :thinkingabout:and you have ONLY T-Tapped for 1 month, with the above results!! When I started T-Tapp it was for back pain relief, and I got it... it was the ONLY thing that kept me focused and doing my workout... and as you can see I have had incredible results, I have no back pain, rehabbed a rotator cuff, plantar faciitis, gained strength and stamina, and can keep up with my kids. It took time... T-Tapp works from the inside out first, restting digestion, assimilation and elimination... the inch loss will come. I understand busy schedules. Go back to the instructional 1 and really focus on holding everything tight... you ARE getting great results! Keep going! :clappinghands:

You are doing fantastic to even carve out 15 min! My daughters have only 2 each and have a hard time doing 15 min. I remember when I just had 4 at home. busy!! Congratulations on the health gains. You are inspiring!! Going to a trainer for form correction is really good. That helped me a lot when I first started! There is not one near me, so I can't go to a regular class, have to schedule a special taraining on when I can. Don't give up! Lori S.

I was going to say exactly what Michelle did! You have had some amazing changes already! that's wonderful! I second Michelle & Lori & Lucy...OMG, you are doing great! Your results thus far have been fantastic and you have to just make up your mind that transformation is not going to take place overnight and just take things one day at a time. Don't think past the day you're living in and do all you can that one day to make positive changes. IF you are CONSISTENT in doing that, you will eventually see big changes, but probably not before you "experience" big changes.....like you already have! BWO+ done to your max (whatever it happens to be that day) will get you great results, both inside and out. Don't judge your body by someone else's....we are all different and we lose at different rates. If you are sweating and your muscles are quivering at the end of your workout, you're doing fine. Keep up the great work.....don't stop......you will get there......one day at a time!
CONGRATULATIONS on your success thus far and many wishes for more success in 2010!

Oh, I agree!!! I want to jump up and cheer for you!!!!! You are doing SOMETHING!! And, you are doing the very best thing for you right now! I understand needing to stop and correct and---and---and. Even if you are doing Inst. #1 and stopping a few times to take care fo things, T-Tapp is still working! Like Michelle said, keep everything tight! I am amazed at how T-Tapp delivers with such "minimal" effort.
It truly is NOT minimal, but when you compare it to hours at the gym or on the treadmill or basically starving yourself then what T-Tapp does with Less time is phenomenal! Tightening everything activates those unused muscles and the fat gets used up. Lifting Ribs, Setting Lats, and pulling Belly Button to Spine throughout the day delivers results!!!
Doing a set of Hoe Downs a few times a day will bring results---increased energy, clearer thinking (and we NEED clearer thinking, don't we?), and inch loss.
Keep going---don't be discouraged!! You are on your way! And we are here for you whenever you need it.

You are one hugely busy woman with a very important job to do raising your children. That has to be job one!
However, take credit for the fact that you have already made marvelous changes--especially given all the pulls on your attention and time. Not many women would make the effort to carve out the time that you have to take care of yourself. And remember, by taking care of yourself you are also taking care of your children and your future with them.
Relax and do what you can when you can. The results will come over time. What I keep reminding myself is that the weight/inches/sizes didn't creep up overnight and they won't come off overnight either. Also, as a nursing mother, there are some limits to the changes you can make to your diet. Honor the season of life you're in right now and work with it instead of fighting against it.
You're doing fabulous. Keep on keeping on and the results will keep coming, too.
Blessings,

Jumping in to agree with everyone here!
You can't always measure your "success" by sizes lost, inches lost and certainly not pounds lost!!!
You have had some GREAT successes already! And remember, taking this 15 minutes out of your busy schedule is good for your health and sanity! (I have 9, I understand! ;) )
Welcome to T-tapp!
And BIG HUGS!

Wow. I can't help but jump in here too. Your story is very impressive and I am in awe of how you have managed it to this point. Don't let yourself get discouraged. Like Michelle said, and everyone else too, let T-Tapp do it's thing and take care of your body from the inside out. Obviously it's happening big time already!
The fast huge inch loss stories you have read, IMO, are the exception not the rule. Read the stories like Michelle, & BlessedMama and Fruitvine who have had beyond belief awesome results, but it took TIME. Give yourself time and focus on all the great things that are already happening in your amazing body.
Cheering you on here!!!! :clappinghands:

{{{theherdkeeper}}} Oh, hun, you're doing GREAT! You're building a habit of consistency and already are seeing how T-Tapp rehabilitates the body. One of my biggest challenges when I started out was trying not to focus on how far I had to go, but to celebrate what I had already accomplished. I promise I didn't lose all these sizes/inches in one month! But if I had quit because of that I wouldn't have lost ANY.
T-Tapp works from the inside out, so sometimes it takes a while for the outside to show. Hang in there, post on the forum, ask questions and keep going! We're here cheering you on!

You are doing great. You have been given great advice. We do not get where we are in one day. We will not get where we want to be in one week.
I was one of the co-winners for the 60 Day Challenge. I have seen a plateau and not a drive to work as hard as I did during the challenge. However, as we are always reminding people, our bodies are also working on the inside that has gotten as bad or worse than the outside. I had osteopenia five years ago at my dexa scan. I just had one done ..... no osteopenia. :clappinghands: I changed three things: started TWO, taking alfalfa and no more diet cokes (or sodas of any kind). I am menopausal -- it should not be gone, but thanks to TTAPP it is.
Consistency and your best form are the keys. Progress may be slow, but in the end it is better than the quick lose 15 pounds in two weeks. You are rebuilding your body. Think about it as remodeling one of those abandoned houses. It takes longer than building a new one (which in God's timing is nine months -- not nine days), but in the end you have a house that is like new.
Welcome to TTAPP. You have already taken the important first step. Keep up the great work.

Thanks for all the encouragement!! It looks like we have chicken pox here in the household so I may not get to exercise my 40 minutes a day but my goal is 15 until we are back on our feet. It is hard to exercise and holding whining itchy babies.

This time WILL pass (the chicken pox). Try not to stress over it too much and just do what you can. Even a Hoe Down a few times here and there will be a help. It might even entertain the kiddies and take their minds off their itching! :D

Oh, I understand the chickenpox! ALL NINE of mine got it pretty much a year ago last September! And I was newly pregnant...yeah, AND milked 5 goats by myself for the first time in several years (my older girls do that for us!)! NO FUN!
Do what you can for now. That's what matters! If you can at least get in a PBS and a HD or two to keep your sanity and lymph pumping, you'll feel better. It will pass. And you will survive!
But please don't turn around and get whooping cough 4 months later like we did!!!! :help:
HUGS!
