TappCore and BWO+ with SATI came today (are those the right abbreviations, lol?)!

We watched a few of the TappCore exercises (me and the kids), and did the butterflies. Wow! They were surprised by it, I could tell!

I can't wait to get more into it tonight and over the next few days. The fitness challenge that I'm participating in with my husband starts on Monday, so I don't know if I should start now, or keep all that nice belly fat for the weigh-in? :D Apparently that is one of the areas they pinch for the women to measure body fat, and that's where I have the most to lose, lol. My arms and back are pretty slim.

So should I watch it through but maybe not do it, or just work on proper form?

I would suggest watching them all through at least once. It's hard to watch while you're doing them because then it's easy to lose form. I would also suggest, if nothing else, practicing the t-tapp stance. It's the core of the workout and vital to success.

If you haven't had a chance to yet, I'd also suggest reading the "Must Read" thread for form tips.
