Does anyone know how many calories a 205lb woman burns doing BWO plus, TWO, and SATI? I am trying to get an idea of my basic calories in and out. Thanks!

That's really personal it depends on how well you can engage your muscles. The best way to know is to use a heart rate monitor,

and still it changes as your ability to apply leverage isometrics improves.

Thank you Lori--I'll try the heart rate monitor and see if I can come up with an average.:)

I did get a heart rate monitor for christmas this year...I did an experiment...i walk/jog for 2.5 miles(30 minutes yesterday) and today i did BWO+(18 minutes) and with both i've burned 157 calories...I just couldn't believe it...so it does prove ......

We don't have an exact number to help you determine how many calories you are burning with the T-Tapp Workout. The reason why is because the T-Tapp Workout is progressive. Meaning, that you can always increase the difficulty of it by adjusting your form. So, the stronger you get the harder the workout becomes. Therefore, your body burns more calories with each workout if you go to your personal max.

The only accurate way to determine how many calories you are burning is by using a heart rate monitor. Calories used during exercise is determined by a number of different factors including your current weight, muscle mass and amount of exertion during your workout.

In addition, the more muscle your body builds the more calories it buns. So we say: "with inch loss comes weight loss" because your muscle cinches you in and then burns the fat. That is why we say it's best not to watch the scale because with T-Tapp you are building more and more muscle everyday and muscle weighs more than fat. Fat just takes up more space whereas muscle is denser.

Try searching the forum for "calories burned" to see how much others have burned with various T-Tapp workouts.

Thanks for the info Casey. I've noticed that I seem to be getting accelerating results the longer I use the workouts. I've been using BWO+, the two walking programs, TAPPCORE, and Ladybug. Guess you can tell I like variety. I should really find out how to combine these programs for max effect since I've only had the extras (all but Total Workout package) for only about 3 weeks. I'm assuming that calling the office I can get some advice about combining the workouts.

Anyway, have a blessed day!

You're very welcome!

Sometimes people get better results as they progress with the program because they've built up strength, endurance and understanding of the proper form. Sounds like that's exactly what you're experiencing.

We will be more than happy to put together a workout plan for you based on your fitness goals and T-Tapp library. Email or call the office for details.

Thank you!
