I have the BWO + and SATI, which DVD should I buy next? There are so many to choose from, I don't know where to start! Any suggestions? My trouble area is definitely by stomach! I am 5'7" and 150lbs. I started my weight loss program on Nov. 2 and was 168 lbs. I didn't measure at the time and started t-tapp in December. Any suggestions for the next tape to purchasewould be great! BTW, my current workout routine includes BWO+, Diva Derriere, Awesome Legs and Arms. I would appreciate any suggestions!
Thanks,
Chris

This question has been asked many times before, and inevitably Michelle says "Hit the Floor!" I don't have that video yet, but it will definitely be the next one I get.
If you don't have the "Fit and Fabulous iin 15 Minutes" book yet, you might want to think about getting it, both for the great advice it gives on all the moves, and the Organs-in-place/Half Frogs/Elevators DVD (aka "the secret to a flat stomach") it has. Plus there's a 30% off coupon in the back (I've yet to use mine).
Another option would be the Total Workout.

HTF or BWO Part 2 (which is Inst 2 and TWO) Those are the 2 I would recommend.

Welcome to T-Tapp!
I want to be first to say--don't focus on the weight! I've lost 7-almost-8-sizes, 148 inces but only 23 pounds or so!!!!
For the tummy, make sure you are applying Michelle's wonderful advice to Curl the Core in all workouts and in all activities! (Driving, standing, walking....sitting at the computer...ahem! ;) )
BTW--for the first SIX MONTHS of T-Tapp I did only BWO+ and SATI and the OIP/Half Frogs. I lost 4 sizes!
My tummy has/is the last holdout, but I am seeing progress there--if you have a diastasis (and most of us do) you can make it worse doing floor work if your muscles aren't strong enough to stay engaged. You can strengthen them with the muscle activation tips below during standing workouts and Organs in Place. Another good "tummy exercise" that isn't T-Tapp, but demonstrated by long-time trainer Lani Muelrath, is the "Seven Seconds to a Flat Belly". You can find it on the side bar of her blog: http://thetruthaboutfatlossforwomen.com/ Scroll down and look on the right side under "Videos"--you can click on it to enlarge. That will really help diastasis issues!
And now, here are Michelle's awesome tips!
Curl the Core - On the Floor
If you are a beginner you might want to practice this first on the floor to get the feeling of it. Lie on your back on the floor with your knees to the ceiling, toes forward and heels near your butt, now press your shoulders into the ground, make donut fingers (making a "donut" with your thumb and fingers, then press the thumb into the index finger), then press hands into the floor to help activate the muscles equally. Make a "W" with your arms keeping the hands even with the shoulder, now tuck your butt so that the lower lumbar area touches the floor (with NO air space).
Curl the Core - Standing
When you understand and "feel" this movement then get into the Plie stance and stand in front of a wall. Now press your back and shoulders against the wall. Make sure you press your lower back into the wall so there is no air space. You want to be able to do some Plies in that position, while keeping your shoulder and back (including lower back) pressed against the wall. You can also keep "donut hands" against the wall as well. This helps to engage your lats. Pull your elbows towards the side of your body and keep your hands down to shoulder level. This is the feeling you're working towards when you're tucking your butt.
Curl the Core - Sitting
You could also do this during the day when you're sitting. Make sure to get your shoulders and hips in alignment, then I press your lower back into the chair and tuck butt at the same time. You should feel your stomach muscles engage. This can help shave off inches for your torso and abdominal area.

HTF is a great workout, and distinctly different from BWO+ but targets those areas your looking to address!
It's time for the 2nd half of TWO now! :clappinghands: That, along with HTF, would be fabulous choices. I used TWO and HTF to reshape myself and YOU CAN TOO! Although all t-tapp workouts are incredible, these would be great for your next step. Let us know if there is anything else we can do to help.
